Pete & Aneliese's beautiful wedding at Wandsworth Town Hall followed by celebrations at The County Arms Pub.

The day started with bridal preparations at The Alma Hotel, lovely boutique hotel just a minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station. I loved the colourful range of flowers lining the path leading up to the entrance of the hotel. The Bride was getting her make-up done in the private garden whilst sipping champagne. It was such a nice day and everyone was so relaxed getting ready. The wedding dress was stunning and I loved the red heels with the matching nail polish, very chic vintage. The necklace Aneliese wore was from her grandma which her grandma wore on her wedding day, what a nice story. It was also something blue too, wedding perfect. 

 

The bridal party consisted of 2 bridesmaids and a bridesman which was fresh. On your wedding day, your bridal party should be made up of the people you love most. Bridesmen and Groomswomen are proving quite popular these days. There was a bit of a mad rush towards the end when we realised we were behind schedule, but what bride turns up on time to her wedding, not very many! So we were really on time.

Pete and Aneliese got married at the Wandsworth Town Hall in front of close family and friends. In Pete's speech later in the day he mentioned how the couple shared a private moment before they saw each other for the 'first time' in the ceremony room. They had actually both looked into a mirror at the same time and had a secret glimpse of each other.  After the wedding ceremony we had the confetti throwing and then headed off to The County Arms Pub for more confetti! Bride and Groom were greeted with more friends and a massive confetti welcome. It was great wedding celebration with flowing drinks, warm sunshine and great company.
